1. Our service and your agreement

IntegraBoard is operated by CRYPTO MONEY INVEST d.o.o., identified above. These terms apply to our website, hosted workspace service and APIs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy and Cookies policies explain how information is handled. You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms for it.

IntegraBoard provides project boards, epics, stories, tasks, assignments, comments, dependencies, workflow and activity visibility, and API/MCP access for connected tools. It includes guided CSV/Linear CSV/Trello JSON task imports and project task templates. Imports have documented file, field and batch limits; unsupported source features are not recreated. Review the import preview before confirming. Templates create editable tasks; they do not execute projects or supply an AI agent.

Connected agents, model subscriptions, inference and compute are supplied and paid for separately by you. We do not promise particular outcomes, continuous availability, or that every source system or integration is supported. Existing customers with a separate access arrangement retain that arrangement unless we agree a change with them.

2. Accounts, access and workspace permissions

Provide accurate account information, protect passwords and API tokens, and report suspected unauthorized access to support@weeyuga.com. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account and connected tools. Workspace owners and administrators manage membership, permissions and purchases. Give people and integrations only the access they need. Do not share credentials or use another person’s account without authorization.

Workspace content is shared with people who have access to that workspace or project. An administrator may change or remove that access. Closing your personal account does not authorize deleting another organization’s workspace. Before requesting closure, arrange an ownership transfer or have an authorized owner request workspace closure.

3. Plans and purchased deliverables

Prices are per workspace in USD: Starter is $5 monthly or $50 annually for 3 members and 2 projects; Team is $29 monthly or $290 annually for 10 members and 20 projects; Business is $79 monthly or $790 annually for 30 members and unlimited projects. Every plan includes unlimited tasks and the existing core features. Pending invitations reserve member capacity. The project allowance counts workspace projects, not only projects currently in progress.

Unlimited tasks means no plan-based task-count quota. It does not include unlimited file storage, request throughput, automation executions or external AI usage. Reasonable technical limits and the Acceptable Use Policy apply. There is no automatic per-seat surcharge: choose a larger plan when more capacity is needed. New subscription workspaces require an active paid plan to create or change work; there is no free subscription tier or automatic trial.

4. Payments, taxes and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until canceled. Annual subscriptions are charged in full upfront, not in monthly installments. Applicable tax and the total charge are displayed before payment. Only a workspace owner or administrator should authorize purchases and changes. While the site displays its Paddle testing banner, checkout uses the sandbox and no real payments are taken; the published prices describe the subscription offer.

Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, conducts the order process for subscriptions purchased through Paddle. Paddle provides customer service for those orders and handles returns, payment questions, applicable sales taxes and receipts under its Buyer Terms. CRYPTO MONEY INVEST d.o.o. provides IntegraBoard product and technical support at support@weeyuga.com and +381652446218. Payment information is entered into Paddle checkout; we do not collect full payment-card numbers in our own forms or by phone. Keep your billing details current.

5. Plan changes and cancellation

Manage your subscription in Billing. A plan change takes effect after provider confirmation; review the displayed recurring price and any prorated charge or credit before confirming it. A downgrade must fit your current members, pending invitations and projects. Cancellation remains available even if your usage exceeds a lower plan’s limits.

Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and paid access continues until then. A scheduled cancellation can be withdrawn before it takes effect. A failed or overdue payment may suspend work creation and editing until resolved. When paid access ends, existing work remains readable and billing remains accessible; cancellation alone does not delete your account or workspace.

6. Refunds

We provide a full refund of the first software subscription payment for a workspace when requested within 14 calendar days of that payment. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions, business customers and customers who have used the service. Renewal payments remain eligible for remedies for billing errors, material service defects and mandatory legal rights. The Refund Policy explains how to request a refund. Canceling renewal, requesting a refund and requesting account closure are separate actions.

7. Your content and connected tools

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us permission to host, copy, process, display and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure and support the service, follow your authorized instructions, and meet legal obligations. You must have permission to upload or import that content and to grant access to other members and integrations. We retain ownership of our software and branding.

Review actions and output from connected automation before relying on them. Third-party tools operate under their own terms, may receive content you authorize them to access, and may change or become unavailable. API/MCP access does not grant permission to bypass another service’s restrictions. Do not place payment-card data, passwords, secrets, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in tasks, imports or support requests.

8. Suspension and closure

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a security incident, unlawful conduct, nonpayment or material breach. Where practicable we will explain the issue and give an opportunity to resolve it. We may act immediately to protect people, data or the service. Suspension does not remove any refund or other mandatory legal rights.

Request account or workspace closure at support@weeyuga.com. We verify identity and authority, confirm the scope and arrange any required ownership transfer. Cancellation stops renewal; closure erases the verified account or workspace scope. We will assist with stopping any associated renewal, but submitting a closure email alone is not confirmation that a subscription has been canceled.

After verified closure, active workspace data in the confirmed closure scope is deleted within 30 days. Application backup copies expire within a further 30 days. We retain only limited records with a documented legal, security or claims-related reason, restrict their use, and prevent restored backups from reactivating erased accounts or workspaces. Other customers’ active workspaces are not deleted because one member leaves. The Privacy Policy gives further details.

9. Responsibility and liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent allowed by law, we do not provide additional implied warranties or accept liability for indirect losses or lost profits. Our aggregate liability for the service is limited to the fees paid for the affected workspace in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not exclude fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes, governing law and disputes

We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes to these terms or subscription prices. Price changes apply prospectively at renewal; you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Changes required urgently for law or security may take effect sooner, with notice where practicable.

Serbian law governs these service terms. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence or any mandatory right to bring a claim in a competent local court. For business customers, courts with jurisdiction in Belgrade, Serbia have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law. Contact support@weeyuga.com first so we can try to resolve a complaint; doing so does not restrict any legal remedy or deadline. Paddle’s purchase terms separately govern its role in the payment transaction.
