Per workspace. Starter is $5 per month for up to 3 people; Team is $29 for up to 10; Business is $79 for up to 30. All plans include unlimited tasks. We do not automatically add per-seat charges: choose a larger plan when you need more capacity. Each workspace has its own subscription.
Unlimited tasks, all core workspace features, and API access for up to 3 members and 2 projects. The price is $5 per workspace per month, or $50 billed upfront each year, excluding applicable taxes. Starter is a paid subscription, not a trial. A subscription is required to create or change workspace work.
No. Tasks are unlimited on Starter, Team, and Business. Choose a larger plan when you need more team members or projects, not because you reach a task count. Core features and API access are included on every plan.
Yes. Import tasks from a CSV spreadsheet, a Linear CSV export, or a Trello board JSON export. Preview your file, match columns and statuses, and review any warnings before importing into a project. Imports are one-time transfers, not live sync. You can also start with editable task templates for software delivery, bug triage, human–agent handoffs, and product launches. Both tools are included in every plan.
Starter is $50 per year, Team is $290, and Business is $790, paid upfront. Each annual price equals ten monthly payments, a saving of 16.7% compared with twelve monthly payments. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
No. Connect your own AI or agent provider where supported. Any usage, credits, or other charges from those providers are billed separately by them; they are not included in your IntegraBoard subscription.
Yes. Workspace owners and administrators can manage billing from their workspace. Review any prorated amount before confirming a plan change. Cancellation stops your next renewal; your paid plan remains available until the end of the paid period. If a lower plan is below your current usage, reduce that usage before changing plans.
Paddle is currently in testing; no real payments are taken. When live sales open, Paddle will process payments as merchant of record and show applicable taxes at checkout. You may request a full refund of your first software subscription payment within 14 calendar days, including business customers and customers who used the app. Renewals remain refundable for billing errors, material service defects, and mandatory legal rights.Read the refund policy.
