Tell us your workspace name, what happened and what you expected. Include a screenshot only if needed, with unrelated personal information removed. Please leave out passwords, API keys and card details.

Paddle handles order-related customer service, payment questions and returns through Paddle buyer support. Our team helps with the product and coordinates our refund guarantee with Paddle.
The first software subscription payment is fully refundable when requested within 14 calendar days, including business customers and customers who used the app. Include your purchase email and receipt reference if available.
For access, correction, export or deletion, write from the email on your account and identify the workspace. We verify identity and authority before closure. For organization-controlled content, start with its administrator.
Verified closure removes active workspace data within 30 days and application backup copies within a further 30 days. Canceling renewal, requesting a refund and closing an account are separate actions. Tell us which you need so we can help with each.
