Refund & cancellation policy

1. Our first-payment guarantee

CRYPTO MONEY INVEST d.o.o. provides a full refund of the first IntegraBoard software subscription payment for a workspace if you request it within 14 calendar days of that payment. This applies to monthly and annual plans, individual and business customers, and customers who have used the app. You do not need to show a defect or justify changing your mind. This is our commercial guarantee in addition to any mandatory rights.

2. Requesting your refund

Email support@weeyuga.com or call +381652446218 within the applicable period. Include your purchase email, workspace name, payment date and transaction/receipt reference if available. Missing a receipt does not remove your rights: contact us so we can help locate the transaction. Do not send passwords, API keys or full card details. Paddle.com is our online reseller and Merchant of Record for Paddle orders and provides order-related customer service and returns handling through paddle.net or the support link in your receipt. CRYPTO MONEY INVEST d.o.o. remains your contact for IntegraBoard product and technical support.

We verify the payment and coordinate the full eligible refund with Paddle. Paddle normally returns funds to the original payment method; bank settlement time may vary. We will confirm the request and its outcome. Mandatory refund deadlines apply where the law requires them. Sandbox transactions do not take real money and cannot create a cash refund.

3. Renewals and other charges

The first-payment guarantee does not automatically restart for renewals or plan changes. Renewal and other payments remain refundable for billing errors, duplicate or unauthorized charges, material service defects, and any mandatory legal right. Contact us promptly with details so we can correct the issue or arrange the appropriate refund. A technical defect that materially prevents the promised service is not excluded merely because a renewal has occurred.

Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to Paddle transactions. Nothing here restricts additional rights under that policy or applicable law, including withdrawal rights that may apply to certain renewals. Our more generous first-payment guarantee remains available even where Paddle’s general discretionary policy would not itself guarantee a refund.

4. Canceling future renewal

Use Cancel subscription in Billing, the Paddle customer portal linked from Billing or your receipt, or ask support@weeyuga.com or Paddle buyer support for help. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of the paid period. Paid access continues until that date; you can undo a scheduled cancellation before it takes effect. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid its charge. Cancellation alone does not request a refund.

5. Access and account closure

A refund of the subscription payment ends the associated paid access once processed. A cancellation without a refund normally leaves access in place until the paid period ends. When paid access ends, work creation and editing are unavailable for subscription workspaces; existing work is not automatically deleted solely because of cancellation or refund.

Requesting a refund, canceling renewal and closing an account or workspace are separate actions. For deletion, contact support@weeyuga.com so we can verify identity and authority. Active data in the confirmed closure scope is deleted within 30 days and application backup copies expire within a further 30 days, subject only to the limited documented retention described in our Privacy Policy.
