Acceptable use policy

1. Authorized collaboration

Use IntegraBoard to manage work you are authorized to access. This policy applies to accounts, workspace content, imports, comments, feedback, API/MCP access and connected automation. Follow applicable law and respect other people’s privacy, intellectual property and contractual rights. You are responsible for permissions granted to collaborators and integrations.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination or harassment, exploitation, threats, promotion of violence, illegal goods or services, or content that violates another person’s rights. Do not upload malware, stolen credentials, unlawfully obtained personal data or material you lack permission to use. Do not distribute sexually exploitative material, non-consensual intimate content or any sexual content involving minors.

Do not use our service or connected agents to gain unauthorized access, defeat security controls, run phishing or spam campaigns, manipulate reviews or engagement, or create deceptive impersonations. IntegraBoard is project-management software; it is not a financial exchange, investment-advice service, marketplace for third-party sellers or payment-transfer service. Do not represent it as providing those services.

3. Automation, credentials and fair operation

Use API/MCP tools within their granted permissions and documented technical limits. Do not bypass subscription or capacity checks, rotate identities to evade limits, probe other workspaces, overload the service, or conduct security testing without prior authorization. Do not sell or publish credentials. Review connected tools’ actions and take responsibility for the instructions you give them.

Unlimited tasks is a task-count allowance, not permission to disrupt the service or a promise of unlimited storage, API traffic, agent executions or compute. We may rate-limit abusive or unsafe requests and work with you to resolve unintended excessive traffic. We do not impose a hidden plan-based task-count quota through this policy.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Report misuse, security concerns or rights complaints to support@weeyuga.com with enough information to identify the issue. Do not send secrets or unnecessary personal information. We assess reports and may remove unlawful content, restrict an integration or suspend access proportionately to protect users and the service. Where practicable, we explain the action and allow the account owner to respond. Immediate restrictions may be necessary for urgent risk. You may ask us to review a decision; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
